Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and supporting hiring decisions.
• Experience consulting with managers, committees, or leaders on recruitment and hiring practices.
• Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and equitable selection.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using recruitment technologies and recruitment platforms to attract candidates.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary talent acquisition partner for assigned searches and build relationships with campus stakeholders.
• Develop and refine position descriptions, qualifications, and advertising plans to reflect business needs.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from launch to offer, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring-team experience.
• Provide guidance on recruitment best practices, equitable hiring, and compliance with employment laws.
• Support executive and hard-to-fill searches through targeted recruitment strategies and outreach.
• Represent MSU Denver at career fairs and events to raise awareness of employment opportunities.
