AIR Communities is seeking a Central Leasing Support to join our shared services team in Denver, CO. This in-office role supports procurement operations and ensures accurate leasing processes in a fast-paced environment.
You will review applicant files, sign leases, adjust pricing where appropriate, and collaborate with Revenue Management, Field Support, and regional managers to uphold our operations guidelines. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years’ related experience are preferred.

We are looking for a Central Leasing Support to join our shared services team in Denver, CO.
Our corporate office is located in the Denver Tech Center. The office spans the top two floors of the building and features expansive views of the mountains and the downtown skyline.
This position will be in-office 5 days a week to support procurement operations.
