Job summary

AIR Communities is seeking an Operations Talent Recruiter to lead hiring from our Denver headquarters, five days a week in the office. You will drive full-cycle recruitment across a range of positions, build strong regional partnerships, and manage advertising, sourcing relationships, and candidate pipelines to fill vacancies efficiently with quality talent.

AIR Communities is a multifamily real‑estate operator headquartered in Denver, CO. One of the region’s largest owners and operators, AIR manages high‑quality multifamily housing across major markets. The Operations Talent Recruiter will lead hiring efforts for a variety of positions and department teams based out of the Denver headquarters. Working as part of a centralized team, the recruiter will execute AIR’s recruitment strategy to ensure job vacancies are filled in a timely manner with quality candidates.

The position is based in the Denver Tech Center. The current office occupies the top two floors and offers expansive views of the mountains and downtown skyline. This role requires in‑office work five days a week to support central administrative operations.

What You Will Do
  • Lead and execute full‑cycle recruitment for a wide variety of job openings, including individual contributor, manager, and leadership positions.
  • Establish relationships with regional leaders and hiring managers to ensure successful placement and onboarding.
  • Identify creative and effective methods for sourcing quality talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local school programs and other potential referral sources.
  • Manage employment marketing, writing compelling job ads and selecting advertising partners.
  • Create and manage a pipeline of internal and external candidates for critical positions.
  • Execute AIR’s team‑member referral program.
  • Monitor public postings for quality and alert leaders to fraudulent postings.
  • Manage candidates through the pre‑employment screening process.
Qualifications
  • 1-2+ years of recruiting experience (corporate, operations, retail, hospitality) or equivalent operations experience.
  • Superior attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn and use multiple software applications and data entry systems quickly.
  • Dependable and proven ability to work independently.
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills.
  • Property management experience a plus.

Additional Information
  • Expected pay rate of $78,000-85,000 plus an annual target bonus of 10 %.
  • 25 % rent discount at any AIR community (subject to rental application and exclusions).
