Job summary

Global Elite Group is seeking a Recruiter for the DEN airport operations in Denver, CO, to attract diverse talent and manage full-cycle recruitment. The successful candidate will build relationships with managers, design effective sourcing strategies, and ensure timely hires for critical roles at a busy airport facility.

The role requires strong communication, HR experience, and the ability to navigate federal and local requirements, with opportunities for professional development and career

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in HR or related field or 5 years HR experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• US work authorization and required IDs.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Willing to undergo drug testing and pass a 10-year background check.
• Experience with office equipment and proficiency in MS Office & Outlook.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid SIDA badge.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with DEN managers to draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Identifies and implements recruitment methods for the DEN operation.
• Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Schedules and conducts interviews with managers and stakeholders.
• Maintains accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Supports onboarding, badging, and clearance processes.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Provides regular hiring status updates to managers and leadership.
