Job summary

Premier Group Insurance is seeking an IT Systems Support Specialist to ensure workstation consistency and minimize downtime for on-site and remote staff. The role emphasizes endpoint management, cybersecurity, cloud administration, networking, and business applications within a growing organization.

The candidate must be in-office within ~20 miles of the DTC area and able to work full-time on-site, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT technician or similar role.
• Experience fixing/upgrading hardware components.
• Experience with Microsoft 365; Azure, Intune, CrowdStrike and VPN preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Minimum Associate degree or related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware and software.
• Identify and resolve networking issues.
• Provide day-to-day IT support for staff (email, VoIP, MS 365).
• Manage device inventory, security, and policy compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors for access and provisioning.
• Ensure backups and disaster recovery readiness.
