Job summary

EA Buck in Denver, CO seeks a Director of Human Resources to lead the HR function and partner with executive leadership on people strategies that drive growth. This role will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and HR operations.

The successful candidate will develop HR programs aligned with the business plan, strengthen leadership, and scale the organization while ensuring compliance and high performance across the workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
• SHRM certification preferred (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR).
• Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS/talent management systems.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a growing organization.
