EA Buck is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead the HR function at our Denver, CO office. You will develop and execute people strategies, oversee talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits, and HR operations, acting as a strategic partner to executives.

The role requires building scalable processes, leading a growing HR team, and ensuring compliance with employment laws while aligning with business goals and company culture.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in leadership.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
