Job summary

E.A. Buck Financial Services seeks a Director of Human Resources in Denver, CO to lead the HR function and align people programs with business growth. This role partners with executives to drive talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational scalability.

You will own talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR operations and compliance to enable a proactive, high-performing culture in a fast-growing firm.

Qualifications

• 8+ years HR experience with at least 5 years in leadership
• Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred
• SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR or SPHR preferred
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Responsibilities

• Lead HR function and develop people strategies aligned with company growth.
• Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management.
• Administer compensation, benefits and HR operations.
• Develop succession planning and organizational development.
• Implement HR metrics and reporting for leadership.
• Drive change management during acquisitions and new offices.
