Job summary

Soleo Health in Englewood, CO seeks a Full-time Infusion Nurse to deliver home infusion care across the surrounding area. You will perform assessments, care planning, and patient education per care plans.

Requires Colorado RN license, infusion experience, and willingness to drive to patients. 40-hour weekly schedule, occasional evenings/weekends as needed, mileage reimbursement provided.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing in Colorado.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Experience in infusion therapy is preferred.
• Administrative oversight and regulatory knowledge.
• Emergency availability including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience; infusion background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for assigned patients including initiation and maintenance of infusion therapy.
• Educate patients and care partners on home infusion therapy and safety.
• Assess home environments and intervene to ensure safe care.
• Develop and evaluate care plans with the team.
• Coordinate patient care via approved company platform.
• Participate in on-call rotation for continuous nursing support.
• Document encounters and comply with policies and regulations.
