• Experience using platforms and dashboards to drive decisions.
• Community volunteering or social outreach experience.
• Excellent customer service skills including handling stressful situations.
• Strong communication skills at all levels.
• Demonstrable time management and organization skills.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates, screen resumes, interview applicants and refer qualified candidates to job assignments.
• Develop creative sourcing plans through networking, schools, and social media.
• Own and write effective online job postings to attract active and passive candidates.
• Screen, interview and recommend candidates to fill orders.
• Build and retain a pipeline of candidates; maintain candidate database.
• Leverage CRM to track activity through full vetting cycle and documentation.
• Conduct drug screens, I-9s, and background checks.
