Sales Recruiters Chicago, Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Manager based in Denver, Colorado to own an established medical device territory across Colorado and neighboring states.

The role emphasizes face-to-face visits, product demonstrations, and education of healthcare professionals. The territory entails ~30% travel, including air travel and overnight stays, with 4–6 nights away per month and 4–6 medical conferences per year.

Qualifications

• Must have proven outside sales experience.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse healthcare stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of an established account base and drive growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, surgeons, ophthalmologists, dentists, hospitals, and medical schools.
• Conduct regular face-to-face sales calls throughout the territory.
• Lead in-person product demonstrations and clinical education sessions.
• Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
• Develop new business across the assigned territory.
• Build strategic relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers.
• Represent the company at industry conventions, trade shows, and medical conferences.
• Consistently meet or exceed territory sales objectives.
