Job summary

North American Dental Group is seeking an Ortho Treatment Plan Coordinator to greet patients, schedule appointments, and collect co-pays, while presenting treatment plans and guiding patients through financial options. You will help ensure production goals are met, develop production reports, and advocate for patients’ care in a fast-paced dental office.

Qualifications

• 1 year dental experience
• Excel in multi-tasking and time management
• Highly engaging and personable, with a natural ability to connect and network with patients and families
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities at a high level
• Confident in discussing treatment, financials, and helping patients move forward with care
• Experience in Leadership roles, as an Influencer or Event planner is a plus but not required
• Experience in dental or medical field with scheduling and verifying insurance preferred but not required
• Strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office products, dental software, and ability to learn new programs

Responsibilities
