You will act as an educator and advocate for comprehensive care, manage high-value treatment plans over $10,000, and collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years dental experience.
• Open Dental experience is required.
• Excel in multi-tasking and time management.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Experience scheduling and verifying insurance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and schedule patients.
• Collect co-payments.
• Present treatment plans to patients.
• Ensure schedules meet production goals.
• Develop reports on production performance.
• Educate patients in treatment planning.
