Family Dental Care of Rocky Hill is seeking a Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator to ensure a smooth patient experience, clearly explain treatment plans, benefits, and insurance coverage, and coordinate appointments.

You will support financial arrangements, work closely with the Doctor and hygiene team, and handle necessary paperwork while maintaining HIPAA compliance and excellent patient communication.

Formación

• Dental insurance knowledge is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Project coordination experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dental practice management software.
• Eaglesoft knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and present treatment plans and financial estimates to patients for all prescribed treatments.
• Schedule patient treatment appointments and reschedule or follow up as needed.
• Manage doctor and hygiene schedules to maximize appointment efficiency.
• Work with a clinical team to manage daily patient flow and communication.
• Assist patients with financial arrangements and pre-authorization.
• Handle all treatment paperwork including consent forms and exit paperwork.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance for patient records.
• Check patients out and handle incoming calls from patients.
