North American Dental Group seeks a Treatment Plan Coordinator to greet patients, schedule visits, collect co-pays, and present treatment options with clarity and compassion.

You will help keep production on track, generate reports on goals, and act as an educator guiding patients through care decisions in a friendly, fast-paced dental office. Hours are Monday–Friday in our Connecticut practice.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year dental experience
• Excel in multi-tasking and time management
• Outgoing, friendly, and professional with excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Experience in dental or medical field with scheduling and verifying insurance preferred
• Strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office products, dental software, and ability to learn new programs

Aufgaben

• Greeting and scheduling patients, collecting co-payments, presenting treatment plans
• Work to ensure schedules meet production goals
• Develop reports on production goals
• Advocate and educator in creating treatment plans for dental care
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm new patient appointments
• Maintain full office schedule flow and patient communication
