Job summary

Children’s Dental Care, an office within Dental Associates of Connecticut, is seeking a motivated Treatment Coordinator / Dental Receptionist for our Brookfield, CT location. You will be the liaison between doctors and patients, gathering information for new patient experiences and coordinating treatment plans while presenting them to patients.

You will negotiate financial arrangements, guide patients through treatment timelines, and maintain a calm, welcoming environment for anxious patients

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Dental reception experience preferred.
• Strong computer and software skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a family-oriented team.
• Reliable commute to Brookfield, CT.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients.
• Handle high phone volume and scheduling.
• Schedule appointments for doctors and hygienists.
• Act as liaison between patients and doctors.
• Enter patient treatment plans.
• Discuss treatment needs and financial arrangements with patients.
• Estimate, collect, and post patient payments.
• Follow up on patients with unscheduled treatment needs.
• General office duties (printing, faxing, data entry).
