Job summary

North American Dental Group is seeking a Treatment Plan Coordinator / Front Desk Coordinator to greet patients, schedule appointments, collect co-pays and present treatment plans. You will help meet production goals and develop reports on outcomes, acting as educator for treatment options and coordinating insurance verification.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of dental experience, strong multi-tasking, excellent customer service and proficiency with Microsoft Office and dental software.

Qualifications

• 1 year dental experience
• Excel in multi-tasking and time management
• Outgoing, friendly, and professional personality with excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Experience in dental or medical field with scheduling and verifying insurance preferred
• Strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office products, dental software, and ability to learn new programs

Responsibilities

• Greeting and scheduling patients, collecting co-payments, presenting treatment plans
• Working to ensure schedules meet production goals
• Developing reports on production goals
• Advocating and educating in creating treatment plans for dental care
• Case presentation and acceptance including chair-side treatment planning
• Schedules, reschedules, and confirms new patient appointments, promoting flexibility and care
