Synergy Dental Spa is seeking a friendly front desk professional to join our family team in Trinity, FL. You will handle billing, insurance claims, and payments while delivering excellent patient service from check-in to check-out.

Ideal candidates have dental front office experience and strong communication skills. Proficiency with insurance submissions and a paperless scheduling system is expected to support a smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone, verbal & written communication skills are essential since you are the first voice and face patients encounter.
• Prior experience in a dental setting is preferred, ideally as a treatment plan coordinator.
• Must have knowledge of insurance codes, submissions and eligibility, plus comfort discussing financials.

Responsibilities

• Manage front office operations including billing, insurance claims, and payment collections.
• Be comfortable discussing financials with patients and obtaining payments.
• Address patient concerns to ensure a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
• Update patient records in a paperless scheduling system and coordinate appointments.
