Redwood Dental is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our friendly team as a dental receptionist. You will present treatment plans, explain procedures, and guide patients through financial options, including third-party lenders when needed.

Minimum two years in a treatment coordinator role, insurance verification experience, and strong phone skills are required. Experience with dental software (Dentrix preferred) and knowledge of dental terminology help you hit the ground running.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a treatment coordinator role.
• Experience with insurance verification and benefit breakdowns.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and reviewing financial responsibility with patients.
• Strong phone skills including scheduling inbound/outbound calls and patient follow up.

Responsabilités
