Job summary

Gentle Dental in Redmond, WA seeks a part-time Treatment Coordinator to manage patients from diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will communicate financing options and help patients understand costs within proposed plans.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of front office medical experience, strong computer literacy, and experience presenting treatment plans. Dental assisting experience is a plus; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literacy required; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.
• Experience presenting Treatment Plans and outlining costs.
• Dental assisting experience preferred but not required.
• High School diploma or higher.

Responsibilities

• Treatment Coordinators manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment; guide patients from the first appointment to the last.
