Anderson Smile Center in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Treatment Plan Coordinator to work with our office manager and clinical team. You will greet patients, verify information, schedule appointments, and help manage patient schedules while maintaining a welcoming reception area.

Ideal candidates have one year front desk dental experience, knowledge of dental insurance, strong communication, and teamwork. Proficiency with Open Dental is a plus, and you will present treatment plans and gather

Competenze

One year of dental front desk experience.
Knowledge of dental insurance protocols and terminology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, punctual, and a team player.
Experience with Open Dental software preferred.
Proficiency in dental terminology and procedures.

Mansioni

Greet and welcome patients and visitors to the practice.
Check in patients according to office protocol, verifying and updating patient information.
Confirm appointments according to protocol and patient preferences.
Schedule appointments for efficient use of doctor and staff time.
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional reception area.
Submit insurance claims for completed treatments and process prior authorizations.
