• 4+ years of experience as a dental treatment coordinator, patient coordinator, or dental front office professional.
• Ability to present treatment plans and help patients move forward with recommended care.
• Knowledge of dental procedures, insurance benefits, and financial arrangements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
