You’ll deliver an exceptional patient experience, educate patients on insurance benefits and payment options, and schedule care while supporting the clinical team. The role emphasizes teamwork, continuous training, and growth within a patient-centered practice. Compensation: $20–$25/hr plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or in a dental front office role.
• Strong ability to present treatment plans and move patients forward with recommended care.
• Knowledge of dental procedures, insurance benefits, and financial arrangements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Open Dental software; Cherry and Care Credit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism and educate them on next steps.
• Present treatment plans in a clear and compassionate manner.
• Explain insurance benefits, estimates, and payment options; help remove financial barriers.
• Coordinate scheduling with clinical and administrative teams; maintain records.
