Job summary

Gentle Dental Irvine is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to manage patients from clinical diagnosis through treatment acceptance. You will communicate financial options, schedule treatments, and guide patients to finalize their plans.

This full-time role emphasizes patient care, accuracy, and teamwork. Responsibilities include presenting treatment options, coordinating financial arrangements, and maintaining patient records in the practice management system.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of front office experience in a medical environment.
• 1 year of orthodontic (Ortho) experience.
• Computer literacy required; QSI experience is a plus.
• Experience presenting Treatment Plans and discussing costs.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Discuss treatment options and establish treatment schedules with patients.
• Prepare financial arrangements and monitor progress of treatment plans.
• Enter and track patient treatment plans in the computer system.
• Communicate with insurers and patients regarding benefits, limitations, and predeterminations.
