Gold Coast Dental is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to guide patients through their treatment journey, present plans clearly, and help remove financial barriers. You’ll educate patients, verify benefits, and coordinate scheduling with a friendly, team-focused office in California.

Bring 4+ years of dental front-office experience, strong communication, and organizational skills. Open Dental, Cherry, and CareCredit experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, Patient Coordinator, or Dental Front Office professional.
• Strong ability to present treatment plans and help patients move forward with recommended care.
• Knowledge of dental procedures, insurance benefits, and financial arrangements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Open Dental software preferred.
• Experience with Cherry and Care Credit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every patient with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
• Educate patients on recommended treatment using clear, simple language.
• Explain insurance benefits, financial estimates, and payment options.
• Schedule treatment efficiently while supporting provider productivity and patient convenience.
• Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate with clinical and administrative teams.
