Qualifications

• 4+ years of dental treatment coordination or front office experience.
• Ability to present treatment plans and guide patients toward care.
• Knowledge of dental procedures, insurance benefits, and financing.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients warmly and ensure a positive experience.
• Educate patients on treatment options using clear language.
• Explain insurance benefits and financing options; assist with payments.
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment and track acceptance.
