Comfort Dental West Springs in Colorado Springs is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our busy practice. Dental experience is REQUIRED; candidates with Dentrix and Spanish language skills are a plus.

You will present treatment options, coordinate with doctors and staff, and guide patients through financing and scheduling, while maintaining a friendly, professional, team‑oriented atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Dental experience is required.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
• Experience with Dentrix is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans and answer patient questions.
• Help with answering phones, check-in, check-out.
• Review insurance benefits and discuss financial arrangements.
• Schedule treatment efficiently with doctors and assistants.
• Follow up with patients who have outstanding treatment.
• Coordinate larger treatment cases from start to finish.
• Communicate with patients by phone, text, and email.
• Help keep schedules productive and treatment moving forward.
• Help ensure excellent communication between front office, clinical team, and doctors.
