Gold Coast Dental is looking for a passionate Treatment Coordinator in San Gabriel, CA, to connect with patients and guide them through their treatment journey. In this role, you'll educate patients on oral care, present treatment plans, and help overcome financial barriers while ensuring a positive experience.

The ideal candidate has over 4 years of experience, strong communication skills, and is well-organized.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, Patient Coordinator, or Dental Front Office professional.
• Strong ability to present treatment plans and help patients move forward with recommended care.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, Patient Coordinator, or Dental Front Office professional.
• Strong ability to present treatment plans and help patients move forward with recommended care.
• Knowledge of dental procedures, insurance benefits, and financial arrangements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in team-oriented environment.
• Experience with Open Dental software preferred.
• Experience with Cherry and Care Credit preferred.

Deliver an Exceptional Patient Experience

• Welcome every patient with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
• Build trust by listening to patients' concerns and understanding their goals.
• Educate patients on recommended treatment using clear, simple, and patient-friendly language.
• Help patients feel confident and comfortable moving forward with their care.
• Ensure every patient leaves with a positive experience and a clear understanding of their next steps.

Guide Patients Through Treatment

• Present treatment plans in a compassionate, confident, and educational manner.
• Explain insurance benefits, financial estimates, and available payment options.
• Remove financial barriers by helping patients find solutions that fit their needs.
• Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment and encourage them to prioritize their oral health.
• Track treatment acceptance and contribute to practice growth.

Scheduling & Office Coordination

• Schedule treatment efficiently while supporting provider productivity and patient convenience.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
• Assist with insurance verification, benefit breakdowns, and pre-authorizations as needed.
