The ideal candidate has dental office experience, strong communication, and Dentrix proficiency. You will coordinate scheduling, verify insurance benefits, and support clinicians to ensure a smooth, positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Previous dental office experience is required.
• Strong treatment presentation and case acceptance skills.
• Dentrix experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of dental insurance, billing and financial arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Present dental treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients.
• Educate patients about procedures, costs, insurance benefits, and financing options.
• Build trusting relationships and help patients make informed treatment decisions.
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment to improve case acceptance.
• Verify dental insurance benefits and explain patient financial responsibilities.
• Coordinate appointments and work with clinical and front office teams.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure a smooth patient experience.
