A-Team Dental Staffing partners with a private dental practice in Los Angeles to recruit a Treatment Coordinator. The ideal candidate excels at presenting treatment plans, reviewing insurance benefits, and coordinating financing, while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

With 3–5 years of TC experience, you will schedule treatments, follow up on plans, maintain Open Dental records, and deliver top-tier service in a PPO/HMO/Fee-for-Service setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Treatment Coordinator experience.
• Strong treatment plan presentation and case acceptance.
• Knowledge of PPO, HMO and Fee-for-Service plans.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Present comprehensive treatment plans with confidence.
• Review insurance benefits and patient responsibility.
• Discuss financing options and patient payments.
• Schedule treatment efficiently to maximize production.
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment plans.
• Coordinate communication between doctors, patients and clinical team.
• Maintain accurate patient records in Open Dental.
• Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service.
• Support front office operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Present comprehensive treatment plans with confidence and professionalism
• Review insurance benefits and patient financial responsibility
• Discuss financing options and payment arrangements
• Schedule treatment efficiently to maximize production
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment plans
• Coordinate communication between doctors, patients, and the clinical team
• Maintain accurate patient records in Open Dental
• Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service
• Support front office operations as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of Treatment Coordinator experience
• Strong treatment presentation and case acceptance skills
• Knowledge of PPO, HMO, and Fee-for-Service insurance
• Experience with Open Dental preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
