Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls including new patients and emergencies.
• Build trusting relationships with new patients.
• Track pending and incomplete treatments and schedule appointments.
• Explain treatment plans and practice policies to patients.
• Present treatment options and ensure goals are met.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and records requests.
• Follow up with patients and manage insurance/budget questions.
