Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with dentists, educate patients on treatment options and financial plans, and drive timely case acceptance. The role emphasizes PPE and a Perfect Patient Experience across the patient journey.

The HC will manage insurance pre-authorizations, support daily huddles, and maintain professional standards while aligning with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with supported dentists to gain a financial commitment from patients to start recommended dentistry.
• Educate patients on treatment choices and financial options to support case acceptance.
• Support clinician exam flow and ensure PPE and PFL principles are applied.
• Overcome common patient objections and obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations.
• Be a SME on available financial options to provide patients with affordable choices.
