• Effective verbal skills to communicate with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patients understand and schedule for necessary treatment.
• Coordinate communications between doctors and patients.
• Help build and maintain a doctor/hygiene schedule.
• Assist with patient inquiries, including insurance questions.
