Job summary

Paradigm Oral Surgery in Ocean Township, NJ is hiring an On-Site Treatment Coordinator to work with our surgeons during consultations and guide patients through treatment options, costs, and financing. You will enter treatment plans in the practice management system, coordinate appointments, collect payments, and ensure patients are prepared for procedures.

Dental experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Medical or dental experience preferred (not required).
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter treatment plans into the practice management system in real-time during the surgeon's exam.
• Explain treatment options, costs, and financing to patients.
• Manage implant case trackers and coordinate follow-up appointments.
• Confirm surgical appointments and ensure patients are prepared for procedures.
• Collect payments and maintain patient insurance information.
• Be a consistent, reliable face patients can count on throughout their journey.
