Qualifications

• Medical or dental experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Updates and maintains patient insurance information.
• Maintains doctor schedule to ensure efficient use of the doctor’s time.
• Partners with clinical team to ensure excellent patient experience.
• Adheres to deadlines and prioritizes work against the patient schedule.
• Collects payments from patients in a professional manner.
• Understands treatment recommendations and develops plans from diagnosis.
• Effectively communicates treatment options and costs to patients.
• Maintains confidentiality of all information per HIPAA.
