Job summary

Innovate32 is seeking a dedicated Treatment Care Coordinator to master treatment planning presentation, financial counseling, and patient advocacy. You will guide patients through their dental journey, ensuring they understand needs, feel comfortable with proposed care, and have clear paths to afford it.

This role goes beyond scheduling to become a trusted advisor, driving case acceptance while supporting long-term patient relationships built on trust and transparency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication, ability to confidently close treatment acceptance, and a track record of excellent customer service.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Preferred: Prior dental experience as Treatment Coordinator, Front Desk, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Explain treatment plans clearly to patients to ensure understanding and buy-in.
• Coordinate financial counseling, insurance verification, and financing options for patients.
• Follow up with patients to maximize case acceptance and progression through treatment.
• Schedule complex treatment sequences to optimize provider efficiency and patient convenience.
• Collaborate with clinicians and front office teams to maintain accurate records and smooth patient flow.
