Morton Dental Group seeks a Treatment Coordinator to bridge clinical treatment recommendations with patients, guiding them through understanding options and the financial, scheduling, and acceptance processes. This role emphasizes patient advocacy, collaboration with dentists and leadership, and delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.

You will present treatment plans, explain insurance estimates and payment options, identify barriers, and keep accurate records.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and empathy with patients.
• Ability to clearly explain insurance estimates and payment options.
• Experience in a dental or medical front-office role is preferred.
• Capable of maintaining accurate financial and treatment records.

Responsibilities

• Lead treatment presentation conversations and ensure patients understand diagnosis and recommended care.
• Explain insurance estimates, patient portions, and payment options clearly.
• Identify and resolve financial, scheduling, or emotional barriers to treatment acceptance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of conversations, balances, and follow-up.
• Support smooth handoffs between clinical and administrative teams.
• Help keep schedules productive and drive treatment acceptance and collections.
