Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with supported Dentists, focusing on helping patients gain financially accepted treatments with urgency. You will educate patients on treatment options, overcome objections, and keep Dentist schedules productive to deliver a Perfect Patient Experience.

The role requires knowledge of insurance pre-authorizations, strong communication, and the ability to work across teams to ensure patients receive clear, compassionate guidance and timely

Qualifications

Knowledge of office practices and patient insurances.
Results oriented with attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Models company culture, values, standards, and best operational practices.
Gain a financial commitment from the patient to start dentistry prescribed by the Dentist.
Achieve proficiency in PDS system and tools to assist patients in decision making.
Executes HC handoff with clinicians on every exam patient.
Be a Subject Matter Expert on available financial options for patients.
