Maintain precise patient records and treatment notes in practice management software (e.g., Dentrix Ascend), ensuring compliance and data accuracy.
You possess exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with patients from all backgrounds.
You enjoy discussing financial information and finding creative solutions to help patients achieve their dental goals.
You are detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and thrive in a structured yet dynamic environment.
You have prior experience in dental or customer service roles (preferred) and are eager to deepen your knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes.
You are comfortable managing high-volume phone systems, computer workstations, and interacting face-to-face with patients throughout the day.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong verbal communication, ability to confidently close treatment acceptance, and a track record of excellent customer service.
Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Previous dental experience in a Treatment Coordinator, Front Desk, or similar role.
Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance processes.
Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix Ascend.
$16.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on experience)
