Responsibilities

• Prepare and present clear treatment plans and financial options to patients.
• Secure documentation and maintain records in software systems.
• Support a productive and efficient schedule and revenue cycle.
• Process and post patient payments; issue invoices and receipts.
• Coordinate with Central Billing and Medical Billing teams to ensure proper billing and collections.
• Maintain OSHA and HIPAA compliance and professional reception area.
• Monitor and respond to emails and voicemails; check daily schedules and fill gaps.
• Prepare end-of-day reports and deposits.
