Job summary

Nobel Biocare is seeking a Territory Representative to drive sales and service for dental clinics and laboratories within a Pensacola to Tallahassee territory, and north to Valdosta, GA. The role emphasizes field selling, relationship building, and promotion of Nobel Biocare products and solutions.

The ideal candidate will develop sales plans, maintain strong customer ties, present product solutions, and participate in trade shows to grow market share while traveling across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of achievement-oriented sales experience or similar, preferably in the medical device or dental field; implant experience is a plus.
• Ability to drive a car is an essential function of the position offered; car allowance and mileage reimbursement through Motus.
• Demonstrated ability to digest, to comprehend, and verbalize highly technical product and clinical information related to company and industry products.
• Demonstrated professional sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales plan for existing and new customers, access their needs and characteristics. Present appropriate, products, solutions and services.
• Analyze and assess customer and territory sales trends. Plan sales activity based on territory needs to ensure that territory attains or exceeds assigned monthly, quarterly and/or annual sales goals.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction with products, solutions and services offered; implement and monitor creative marketing activities.
• Identify and maintain regular contact with prospective customers; develop and implement creative strategies to convert these prospective customers from competition to a new customer.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key influential thought leaders to expand market share.
• Develop and maintain accurate customer files and records for up-to-date information shareable within the organization.
• Report to management about product issues, loss or potential loss of key customers, or competitive strategies.
• Stay informed on products, technologies, clinical studies, and competitive activity and apply this knowledge to strategy and tactics.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures and implement them at territory level.
• Establish and maintain travel schedule for consistent contact; follow routing plan.
• Manage assigned geographical territory within allocated expense budget.
• Complete all administrative paperwork in a timely manner.
• Participate in national and local trade shows and company meetings; support Yorba Linda education programs when needed.
