Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation is seeking a Nobel Biocare Territory Representative to drive sales and service in dental clinics and labs within an assigned Northern Virginia territory. You will develop plans, analyze trends, and maintain client relationships while promoting Nobel Biocare products and services.

The role requires 3+ years of sales experience in medical/dental fields, strong communication, and a valid drivers' license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of achievement-oriented sales experience, preferably in the medical device or dental field.
• Ability to drive a car; car allowance and mileage reimbursement through Motus.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales plan for existing and new customers, access their needs and characteristics.
• Present appropriate products, solutions and services.
• Analyze and assess customer and territory sales trends.
• Plan sales activity to meet monthly/quarterly/annual goals.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships.
• Identify and maintain regular contact with prospective customers; convert competitors’ customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key thought leaders to expand market share.
• Maintain accurate customer files and records for sharing within the local organization.
• Report to management about product issues or competitive strategies affecting sales.
• Stay informed on products, technologies, clinical studies, and competitive activity.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures and implement them at territory level.
• Establish and maintain travel schedule for consistent customer contact.
• Manage assigned territory within budget.
• Complete administrative paperwork on time.
• Participate in trade shows and company meetings as appropriate.
