Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation, operating Nobel Biocare, seeks a Territory Representative to drive sales of Nobel Biocare products in Northern Virginia and surrounding areas. You will build relationships with dental clinics and laboratories, present solutions, and manage a travel-heavy schedule to meet monthly and annual targets.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in medical device or dental sales, a bachelor's degree preferred, and the ability to drive and manage customer accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of achievement-oriented sales experience or similar, preferably in the medical device or dental field - implant experience is a plus
• Ability to drive a car is an essential function of the position offered; car allowance and mileage reimbursement through Motus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; reporting and relationship-building with customers

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales plan for existing and new customers.
• Analyze and assess customer and territory sales trends to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and expand core business.
• Identify and convert prospective customers from competition to new customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key thought leaders to expand market share.
• Maintain accurate customer files and records for team visibility.
• Travel within assigned territory while following a logical routing plan.
• Participate in local and international trade shows and company meetings as appropriate.
