Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation is seeking a Nobel Biocare Territory Representative to drive sales and service goals in dental clinics and labs across a Northern Virginia territory. You will promote Nobel Biocare products and solutions, manage existing accounts, and develop new customers through strategic planning and relationship-building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of achievement-oriented sales experience or similar, preferably in the medical device or dental field - implant experience is a plus
• Ability to drive a car is an essential function of the position offered; car allowance and mileage reimbursement through Motus
• Demonstrated ability to digest, to comprehend, and verbalize highly technical product and clinical information related to company and industry products.
• Demonstrated professional sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales plan for existing and new customers.
• Analyze and assess customer and territory sales trends.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships; implement marketing activities to expand core business.
• Identify and maintain regular contact with prospective customers; develop strategies to convert competitors’ customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key thought leaders to expand market share.
• Maintain accurate customer files and records for shared access within the organization.
• Report to management about product issues or competitive strategies affecting local sales.
• Study products, technologies, and competitive activity to inform strategies and tactics.
• Establish and maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Travel within the territory and follow a logical routing plan.
• Complete administrative paperwork in a timely manner.
• Participate in trade shows and company meetings; support education programs as needed.
