Job summary

Glidewell is seeking a Technical Advisor to support dental professionals by guiding cases, solving problems, and helping doctors make informed decisions. You will provide department-wide support and professional customer interactions.

This role emphasizes leveraging dental experience, collaborating with technicians and managers, and maintaining strong doctor relationships to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of ACD experience and/or five years of customer service experience, or three years in dental background.
• RDA, DA or CDT certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support department activities; serve as liaison between divisions.
• Provide administrative support: inbound calls, ship dates, product information, update accounts, input call notes.
• Communicate with customers, colleagues, dental technicians, and managers promptly and clearly.
• Adhere to customer service policies and call center standards.
• Use technical knowledge to assist in problem solving and achieving goals.
• Assist doctors in planning, development, and execution of cases.
• Support customer retention and satisfaction through proactive service.
• Evaluate cases and advise which product suits the case best.
• Make outbound calls on cases needing assistance.
• Maintain professional relationships with dental technicians and managers.
• Follow up on specific requests from doctors.
