Job summary

Glidewell Dental is seeking an experienced Desktop Systems Analyst to join our IT team. This role provides hands‑on support for hardware, software, and enterprise applications across the organization, handling complex troubleshooting and contributing to standardization efforts.

The position emphasizes tier 2/3 support, expert troubleshooting, vendor coordination, change documentation, and collaboration with project teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment and solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Formal education in Information Technology, a plus.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in applications or IT technical support.
• Minimum five (5) years of hands‑on IT workstation or customer support experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 and 3 support for desktop incidents.
• Assist with remote support using SCCM, RDP, and TeamViewer.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Document procedures, standards, and change implementations.
• Train and mentor junior desktop staff and share knowledge.
