Qualifications

• At least 1 year of dental front office experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Healthcare environment experience is a plus.
• Comfortable managing multi-line phone systems.
• Knowledge of dental terminology.
• Experience with Dentrix Ascend is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple provider schedules in a busy dental office.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to every patient.
• Create a welcoming environment for patients and team members.
• Monitor daily schedule to help providers meet goals.
• Follow established patient follow-up procedures and verify details.
• Answer calls and assist patients with needs; make outgoing communications.
• Schedule checkups, treatments, and follow-ups; confirm appointments.
• Maintain patient records current, including contact and insurance details.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain patient confidentiality.
