Impact Dental Services Pllc in Virginia is seeking a friendly Front Office Scheduler/Receptionist to join our busy dental practice. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of dental scheduling experience and enjoys creating a positive patient experience.

You will be the first point of contact, greeting patients and helping them feel welcome and cared for. We offer a supportive, family-oriented clinical team and a Monday–Thursday schedule with periodic Saturday coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of dental scheduling experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional, friendly, and patient-friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls and direct to the appropriate team member.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Coordinate patient flow throughout the office.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Stock the beverage station as needed.
• Assist with general front office and patient service needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and help patients feel cared for.
