Neighborhood Dental is seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our Gretna, NE team. You will guide patients through treatment plans, explain options, and coordinate scheduling and payments to ensure smooth visits.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of dental treatment coordination experience, a friendly and positive demeanor, excellent customer service, and strong knowledge of dental terminology.

• Review treatment plans accurately and thoroughly with patients
• Explain treatment options and payment options
• Communicate effectively with dentists and team members to help achieve goals
• Greeting and scheduling patients as needed
• Collect patient payments at the time of service when needed
• Verifying and updating patient information
• Monitoring the daily schedule and ensuring efficiency
• Following up with patients regarding recommended treatment and continuing care
• Contacting patients by phone, text, and email
• Working to increase treatment acceptance and continuing-care reappointment rates
• Monitoring and contacting the continuing-care/treatment manager list daily
• Using Solutionreach and Dentrix Ascend effectively
• Bringing a positive, encouraging attitude to the team every day
• Recognizing and supporting the hard work of teammates
• Staying organized, accurate, and focused while managing multiple responsibilities

Schedule: Full-Time; Monday-Thursday (730am-430pm) Friday (730am-130pm)
Starting Pay: $24–$28/hourly, depending on experience and credentials

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and understands the importance of creating an excellent patient experience. The ideal candidate is organized, confident, hardworking, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a busy dental office.

Dental experience is required. Registered Dental Assistants and Dental Hygienists are encouraged to apply!

What You'll Do:

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play an important role in helping patients understand and move forward with their recommended dental care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing treatment plans accurately and thoroughly with patients
• Explaining treatment options and available payment options
• Communicating effectively with dentists and team members to help achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Greeting and scheduling patients as needed
• Collecting patient payments at the time of service when needed
• Verifying and updating patient information
• Monitoring the daily schedule and helping ensure the schedule runs efficiently
• Following up with patients regarding recommended treatment and continuing care
• Contacting patients by phone, text, and email
• Working to increase treatment acceptance and continuing-care reappointment rates
• Monitoring and contacting the continuing-care/treatment manager list daily
• Using technology and office systems efficiently, including Solutionreach and Dentrix Ascend
• Bringing a positive, encouraging attitude to the team every day
• Recognizing and supporting the hard work of your teammates
• Staying organized, accurate, and focused while managing multiple responsibilities

Compensation & Growth:

Starting pay is typically $24–$28/hour, depending on experience and credentials.

Compensation is based on your:

• Previous treatment coordination experience
• Dental background
• Certifications and credentials
• Performance and ability to support patient understanding and treatment acceptance
• Overall contribution to the success of the practice
