Job summary

Responsibilities
- Provides concierge level customer service while interacting with patients, referring offices, and team members.
- Greets patients and visitors with a friendly demeanor upon arrival.
- Answers the phone promptly with a smile.
- Schedules appointments to optimize patient satisfaction and provider time.
- Prepares a daily schedule for each provider.
- Manages patient flow to reduce wait times.
- Maintains reception area in a neat and orderly condition.
- Maintains confidentiality per HIPAA.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
